Be the boss

Legal adviser, consultant, trainer, ... Karin Toussaint is a real slasher, a woman full of energy that nothing can stop and who has chosen to give life to all her passions.

Amongst these, she created Be The Boss: a coaching service for women in personal and professional transition.

She helps them to take their life back in hand (often after a trial, a redundancy, a burn-out, a bereavement, a separation, a serious illness,...) and accompanies them to dare to change so that they can once again become "the boss" of their life.

Her background
I was a slasher before the concept appeared, and after a decade in banking and a career as a specialised educator, I turned to training and consulting. Under the banner of "Be The Boss", I guide and accompany women in transition, those who want to change jobs, change their lives or become entrepreneurs (in the broadest sense of the word) through legal advice and consultancy in entrepreneurship and organisation (professional/private life). Via the non-profit organisation FormaProjet, I also provide support to the leaders of associative projects and employers in the social profit sector. Promoting the visibility of active women and their economic empowerment is one of the causes that are close to my heart. To this end, I actively participate in the development of the "Club Femmes Ici et Ailleurs" and in the management of the team of ambassadors in Belgium. I also support several women's networks. At the same time, I continue to work as a trainer for various operators.

"There are nolimits to what we women can achieve, whether in politics or in any other field" - Michelle Obama

Self-confidence is sometimes lacking in women, and it is important to be aware of this because it is an essential basis for your development and success. It is not innate (I am a perfect example) but it is something you have to work on. If you believe in yourself, others will believe in you too.
